As a counselor I help people feel more confident and learn to love themselves from the inside out
.  Identifying and changing the negative thoughts and beliefs that damage your self worth is the secret to changing your life.

Beliefs about yourself are learned as a result of early life experiences.  Changing those beliefs involves altering your basic view of yourself and transforming your thinking.

I use a cognitive behavioral approach, which focuses on identifying and changing negative thoughts and beliefs and practicing new behaviors.

Here are some of the benefits of counseling with me:

  • Improve self-esteem and self confidence
  • Enjoy better relationships with family, friends, and significant other
  • Identify and replace self-limiting beliefs
  • Build assertive communication skills
  • Conquer feelings of jealousy, anger and fear
  • Learn to treat yourself with love and respect
  • Worry less about what other people think

I use easy to learn methods that help build confidence and self-esteem and alleviate stress, anxiety and feelings of depression.  You can learn to set limits and develop more balanced relationships and let go of the things that keep you stuck.
